East Boom LED Lights’ feature is the integrated intelligent control system, supporting direct connection with industrial control terminals for one-to-many and many-to-many centralized control of multiple lamps. Users can realize remote on/off, stepless dimming, color temperature adjustment and group control via the dedicated system, and set timing switch, scene mode and other customized strategies according to production schedules. For example, brightness can be adjusted to 100% during peak production and 30% during patrol inspections, achieving "on-demand lighting" and maximum energy conservation.

The built-in intelligent sensor of Instant Start Factory LED Lights collects real-time operating data such as temperature, power consumption and luminous flux attenuation, transmitting it to the control terminal for monitoring and early warning. If abnormal situations like lamp failure are detected, the system immediately sends an alarm, realizing predictive maintenance and avoiding production losses from sudden lighting failures. In power supply, it is equipped with a high-efficiency constant current drive power supply with AC100-277V wide voltage input, adapting to unstable industrial power supply, and has over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and surge protection functions. Its intelligent energy management cuts consumption by more than 40% compared with traditional lamps, unifying economic and social benefits.
